Welcome to CyberGPT Pro (cybergptpro.com). By accessing, registering, or using our website, AI cybersecurity assistants, Skills Labs (CTF containers), or Secure Code Auditor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Educational & Defensive Purpose Only (Authorized Use Only)

1.1 Defensive Scope. CyberGPT Pro is strictly an educational and defensive cybersecurity learning platform.

1.2 Prohibited Offensive Use. You strictly agree NOT to use any material, AI prompts, techniques, code auditor insights, or skills learned on this platform to target, scan, exploit, or perform unauthorized testing against any third-party systems, networks, government (.gov), banking, or military entities.

1.3 Account Termination. Any attempt to use CyberGPT Pro tools for malicious activities, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

2. User Accounts & Registration

2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent) to create an account.

2.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.3 Anti-Abuse. Brute-forcing, automated account creation via bots, or sharing login credentials across multiple users is strictly prohibited. Automated account protection mechanisms (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile, login lockouts) are continuously enforced.

3. Skills Labs & Sandboxed Docker Containers

3.1 Isolated Environment. CTF Skills Labs run inside temporary, resource-capped Docker containers. These containers are isolated from our production infrastructure.

3.2 Time-to-Live (TTL). Active lab containers automatically shut down and erase after 60 minutes of runtime. Unsaved progress inside the container will be reset.

3.3 No Abuse of Host Resources. Any attempt to break out of the Docker container sandbox, bypass network controls, or consume excess hardware resources beyond the assigned limits is a violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing Tiers. CyberGPT Pro offers four subscription tiers: Free, Basic Pro, Advanced Pro, and Ultimate Elite. Tier limits apply as listed on the pricing page.

4.2 Payment Processing. All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

4.3 Refund Policy. Due to the instant access provided to digital tools, AI compute resources, and Docker lab provisioning, all paid subscription purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of verified duplicate billing errors. See our Refund Policy for details.

4.4 Subscription Upgrades/Downgrades. Tier changes take effect immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Data Storage, Privacy & Secure Code Auditor

5.1 Data Storage & Privacy. Your account data is stored on secure servers located in India. For details on how we collect and use data, please see our Privacy Policy.

5.2 User Content. Code snippets or files uploaded to the Secure Code Auditor remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your submitted source code.

5.3 No Warranties on Automated Scans. The Secure Code Auditor and AI-generated code patches are provided for informational and assistance purposes. CyberGPT Pro does not guarantee that AI patches will fix 100% of vulnerabilities or be completely free of bugs.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, custom code, UI designs, CTF challenges, badges, certificates, and educational text are the exclusive intellectual property of CyberGPT Pro. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute our course materials or challenge solutions without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberGPT Pro, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform, or any actions taken by third parties using techniques learned on this platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
